First of all, Happy Mother's Day 2 all! (belated) ...
WOW. Alotta things have been goin' on. In fact, so many things that I have neglected my dear blog.
I HAVE to write abt 3 VERY proud moments that I recently experienced: Our dear Angelice scored pretty good on sum school testing (3 days of testing) which shows she's reading & doing Math @ a 3rd grade level. THIRD GRADE, GUYS!
AND, SHE'S ONLY IN KINDERGARTEN. There are 5 Kindergarten classes @ her school & she's @ the top.
2nd proud moment: Now, today, she was the winner of the Kindergarten Spelling Bee!
I am nothing but thrilled; many thanx 2 God 4 giving us such a smart child, such a blessing.
3rd moment: The Latin Night Talent show was this past Saturday *(right before Mom's Day). I truly wish ALL my family could've been here on this special night. It was truly something else. Her group each received a medal for being the "MOST EXPLOSIVE" of da nite. Meaning just that (and I'm not bragging)u will see 4 yourself as soon as I post the performance.. They were like the 7th group to perform, so u can imagine me & Eggy were ever so anxious 2 see her up there.
During & after their group performance, the place could've & probably would've come crashing down on us just cuz all the Latinos went freakin' kra-zey with the applauding & standing ovation. Oh man, I was pretty much cryin. In fact, I was so nervous that I could hardly record.
Nevertheless, the whole show was good!
They all did a great job, especially the Pre-K group. They looked so CUTE with their Brazilian outfits. The lil' girls had fruit baskets on their heads while the boys had sum tiny lil' hats on their heads. What a sight that was.
Anyway, Mom's Day was great. We took my mother-in-law to Spanish mass, then we went to a restaurant where we waited 45 mins in line. Was it worth it? HELL YEAH!
Then, I got 2 go see "Baby Mama". What a stupid a*s movie. Pffth.
Anyway, keep an i out 4 the show......

I can't wait 2 see it again myself!
Congrats all the bragging rights prima! Are you gonna skip Angie ahead in school now or que? Keep up the good parenting!
I am really trying my best 2 be the best parent I could be since I didn't grow up w/the parents myself, u know?
But yea, her teacher wanted 2 jump her to 2nd grade, but I'm not sure since then she'll be the smallest in the class and that can bring out other issues, I'm thinking?
But, I'll keep u guys informed.
